Yes, all our loc extensions and kinky bulk hair are handmade of 100% premium human hair.

0.2cm locs are made with the palm-rolling method; 0.4-0.8cm locs are made with the crocheting method.

Yes! All our locks are made from 100% human hair which can be colored to achieve your desired shade.

Be careful not to over-bleach since that may weaken the locs just as they would with your naturally grown locs.

We accept custom and personalized orders. However, such orders can not be returned because they are custom-made for you.

All of our dreadlock extensions are handmade, usually, items will take 3-7 working days to process. If your order contains customized colors or sizes, please allow 7-10 working days to process.

Free shipping:

From time to time, Loxlocs may offer free shipping on select items. When free shipping is available for an order, we will choose the method of shipment. Note some items are not eligible for Free Shipping promotions. 

United States, Canada: usually 7-10 business days.

Standard Shipping:

United States, Canada: usually 7-10 business days. (Standard shipping via USPS.)

Other Countries/regions: usually takes 7-21 business days.

Express Shipping(DHL) :

United States, Canada: 3-7 business days.

Other Countries/regions: may take anywhere between 1-4 weeks for delivery.
We are not responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or any other taxes or fees. Customs fees, VAT, or any other taxes is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

You’ll be provided with tracking information immediately once your package is mailed out.

We have a 30-day return policy, please check the return/refund/exchange details here. Customized orders cannot be returned. Please get in touch with eva@loxlocs.com if you have questions or need to return items.
